Prints are available in the following paper types:
- Standard 250gsm matte - a sturdy white paper stock with a smooth matte finish - great for DIY framing.
- Premium 310gsm lustre - a professional heavyweight paper stock with a beautiful pearl-lustre finish. Featuring a special optically-clear coating for outstanding colour, sharpness and detail, this paper produces images with exceptional clarity, whilst the smooth pearl finish resists glare and fingerprints.
- Fine art 310gsm cotton rag - a 100% cotton Fine Art paper with a smooth texture and unique slight grain, reminiscent of the original genuine etching and printmaking papers. This museum-grade paper has the purest white tone available on the market without the use of Optical Brightening Agents - artificial brighteners which deteriorate in time. It is also both acid and lignin-free, meeting the most exacting requirements for age resistance and is specially designed for fine art applications.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All prints are produced using vibrant UV-resistant archival pigment inks for outstanding image quality.
- Easy DIY framing - prints are available in a range of popular sizes to suit frames from stores including Temple and Webster, Country Road, Spotlight, Officeworks, Kmart, and more - as well as the IKEA ‘Hovsta’ and ‘Ribba' series.
- Looking for a custom size or print medium? No problem - simply get in touch to discuss your needs.
- Prints can be printed 'edge-to-edge' or include an optional white border, to provide visual relief from the frame and create a clean, contemporary look. The white border is included in the overall size of the print.
FREE DELIVERY AUSTRALIA-WIDE:
All orders are securely packaged and tracked to ensure they are safely delivered to your door. Full tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. Orders are dispatched between 2 - 5 working days.
What happens when I place an order?
Prints and framed orders: Laura will personally check over your order and customise it to your preferences before forwarding it to our respective printing or framing partners for production.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link provided.
Colour palettes: Once you place your order, you will be able to download your palettes directly from the order confirmation screen.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all wall art Australia-wide, with the exception of Express delivery (prints only).
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
All framed artworks and prints at Australian Flora are insured against damage and we take full responsibility to make sure your order arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the damaged parcel and contents. Once your request is processed, a replacement will be arranged for you promptly at no extra cost.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only deliver within Australia at this time, however we hope to have international delivery back up and running in the near future. If you are an international customer and have a delivery query, feel free to get in touch for the latest updates.
Returns
Please choose carefully as every order is custom made to your requirements. We cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Prints and framed wall art: All prints and framed wall art are made from premium-quality materials and we are proud to offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, simply return it* in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
* Please note: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the purchase is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Colour palettes: Due to the instant nature of the purchase, we do not offer returns for digital downloads.
