PRINTING DETAILS
🌿 Framed artworks are printed on professional enhanced matte paper stock - a clean white medium with an ultra smooth matte finish for exceptional detail and image reproduction.
🌿 The following border options are available:
- A printed white border for a clean, contemporary look. The border is included in the overall size of the print;
- An 'edge-to-edge' print for a bold, immersive aesthetic;
- or an optional, premium bevel-cut mat border in white, to add depth and enhance your artwork. The size of the mat will affect the final dimensions of your artwork so go large if you wish to extend the size of your piece.
🌿 Industry-leading Epson SureColour® printers fitted with 12-pigment archival inks ensure that every print is made to the highest standard.
🌿 Prints are vacuum-mounted onto a lightweight, rigid backing to ensure your artwork will never bubble or warp in the frame.
FRAMING DETAILS
🌿 Custom-made from scratch in Australia by master framers, Australian Flora framed artworks are created using sustainably-sourced FSC© and PEFC™️ certified timbers.
🌿 Choose from the following solid timber frame finishes:
- Raw Australian Oak (22mm wide and 30mm deep)
- Classic Black satin (20mm wide and 30mm deep)
- Pristine White satin (20mm wide and 30mm deep)
- Warm dark Walnut (20mm wide and 30mm deep)
🌿 Optically-clear acrylic plexiglass glazing is used for its lightness, superior impact resistance and clarity compared with conventional glass. It also offers exceptional archival qualities, filtering out up to 99% of damaging UV rays.
🌿 Every artwork is professionally sealed against dust, and arrives complete and ready for hanging with foam pads and appropriate hardware included. Wire and D-rings are installed on small to medium artworks, and corner brackets are mounted for structural stability on larger frames.
PROCESSING TIMES AND DELIVERY
As every order is handmade from scratch, please allow up to 2 weeks for production. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will be in touch with full tracking details. Every order is securely packed, fully insured and tracked to ensure safe delivery to your door.

What happens when I place an order?
Prints and framed orders: Laura will personally check over your order and customise it to your preferences before forwarding it to our respective printing or framing partners for production.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link provided.
Colour palettes: Once you place your order, you will be able to download your palettes directly from the order confirmation screen.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all wall art Australia-wide, with the exception of Express delivery (prints only).
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
All framed artworks and prints at Australian Flora are insured against damage and we take full responsibility to make sure your order arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the damaged parcel and contents. Once your request is processed, a replacement will be arranged for you promptly at no extra cost.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only deliver within Australia at this time, however we hope to have international delivery back up and running in the near future. If you are an international customer and have a delivery query, feel free to get in touch for the latest updates.
Returns
Please choose carefully as every order is custom made to your requirements. We cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Prints and framed wall art: All prints and framed wall art are made from premium-quality materials and we are proud to offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, simply return it* in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
* Please note: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the purchase is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Colour palettes: Due to the instant nature of the purchase, we do not offer returns for digital downloads.

If you discover a mistake with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of the purchase time and we will be happy to amend it for you.
